Keep calm by being mindful
Here’s my other new ‘poster’, even though this one is more of a card size. It’s 18x13cm [5x7''] so is dinky enough to fit on your desk to help you remember to be more mindful. It’s also a great size to put on the mantelpiece or window sill.
It’s printed on 300gsm matte paper and fits perfectly into many ready made frame sizes.
When we are mindful and in touch with the moment and except it for what it is, we can’t help but be calm. This little beauty helps you to remember that 
So next time you feel a bit stressed, remember to bring yourself back to where you are. Bring your mind and your body into the same space – it’s all ok in that moment. Centre yourself and then you are ready to move on in a calm state.
